We stumbled upon a collection of pictures from our gig at the Beukfeest 8 event in Vierlingsbeek of September 25th 2010. Though the gig's been over a year ago we still look back at it with a grin and rushing heart beat. The crowd was amazing that night and Vierlingsbeek since then is marked in our memory. We definately have to go back there soon!

Special news for metalheads in and around the region of Amsterdam. Rock club The Cave will be hit by a live gig of Leon's band BURN on October 21st. For this special event LORD VOLTURE band members Paul and David will take side with Leon and appear live with BURN! Also playing are Amsterdam metallers Jackal, so mark this date!

The recordings and mix of the NEVER CRY WOLF album have been completed and CDs are being manufactured as we speak. The 11 tracks cover over 67 minutes of pure delicacy for the steel-hearted. And to add to this metal frenzy we have another surprise for you. We invited master vocalist Sean Peck from US power metal crusaders CAGE to sing along on one of our songs. The result is superb! All of us being long-time CAGE fans, it's a great honour to have him on our record.

The release is scheduled for 11 November 2011 through our own distribution network. The possibility to preorder will appear soon so keep an eye on this page. For now, we'd like to tease you with the song "Wendigo", which will also be on NEVER CRY WOLF. You can play and download it from our music player to the right. We're at the footsteps of a digital era full of bits and bytes and LORD VOLTURE do not intend to stay behind. The band can now also be found on Bandcamp.com where for the first time BEAST OF THUNDER is officially and fully available for download! The digital release includes all songs of the original CD release in the audio format of your choice! It also goes along with the CD booklet and all artwork and lyrics in PDF format.

New gigs have been added to The Tour At Your Door. On September 23rd we'll make our debut in the mighty Germany in the city of Uelsen as opening act for VANDERBUYST! On October 2nd we will revisit W2, Den Bosch for a heavy hangout.
